Modern 7-story business hotel on the banks of the Yenisei river. It is located in the center of Kyzyl within walking distance from the cultural complex Center of Asia, the building of the Administration of the Republic of Tuva, Tuva State University, the National Museum and the main square of the city.

The hotel's business card is reception and lobby, is decorated with mirror mosaics, marble and polished granite. The walls of the lobby are decorated with mural wallpaper. Lighting is combined with a mirrored ceiling with gold accents and glass chandeliers. Hotel elevators are also decorated with gold ornaments and mirrors.

The hotel offers Standard, Junior Suite and Presidential Suite rooms. The rooms are located on floors 3-7 of the hotel. Two spacious presidential suites of 270 square meters are located on the 7th floor of the hotel.

For events the hotel offers 3 rooms: large hall (Assembly) for 130 people, medium hall (Summit) - for 90 people, small hall (Session) - for 34 people. The last one is equipped with a large oval-shaped table with built-in retractable monitors and microphones, comfortable chairs and a monitor on one of the walls. The hotel restaurant has a capacity of 120 seats.
