A unique tourist tour titled “Black Gold of Siberia” has been developed in Tyumen Oblast, as the regional Department for Consumer Market and Tourism reported on Thursday.

“The route includes visits to the oil museum, the core storage facility, the Oil and Gas College, and the International Training Centre of the Tyumen Industrial University (TIU) supplied with the equipment for simulation of drilling and operation of wells” - the message goes. Tourists will also be taken to the training ground of the TIU in the village of Uspenka, the only one in the region, where a drilling rig 43 meters high with a capacity of 150 tons is positioned; there tourists will be treated with an unusual dish: fish broth with “oil”.
