In a year a new television tower 180 meters high will be built in Krasnoyarsk. State Television and Radio Broadcasting Company “Krasnoyarsk” reported that this tower would be set in the territory of the Satellite Centre "Orbita" on Borisova Street. The new tower will be twice higher than the present one which is located in on Botkina Street.

The project costs about 120 million rubles. Specialists of Krasnoyarsk Regional Broadcasting Transmitting Centre are sure that the new tower will be able to solve the problems with the broadcasting in some districts of the city.
