One of the largest low-budget airline companies of Europe – easyJet – announced about starting flights between London and Moscow. It is going to be the longest flight for this company.
The first flight will be in October, when bmi airlines stop carrying flights between London and Moscow. the fact is that according to an intergovernmental agreement, the flights between the two capitals can be carried by 2 airline companies from each country. And when bmi leaves, there must be another company which will take its place.
It is planned that there will be two everyday flights between Gatwick (London) and Sheremetyevo (Moscow) carried on planes Airbus A320. EasyJet aims to lower the tickets’ price for this route.
