A festival of national cuisines will take place as a part of the annual International Tourism Fair between 16 and 18 of May, 2013. Dozens of chefs will demonstate their art, preparing both exquisite and simple meals characteristic of various regions.

The Moscow Culinary Association provides the ingredients that are promised to be fresh and of top quality. Among the menu options are meats, starters, wines, cakes and pies, and more mouth-watering dishes.
