Official names of M-53 and M-54 has changed since 1^st of January 2018.

The names of the roads have changed accordingly: M-53 to Р-255 "Siberia" and М-54 “Yenisei” to Р-257 “Yenisei”. The letter “P” in the road names means that the road goes via administrative centers of country. The letter “M” means the road which goes to the capital, and “A” goes for the largest transport hub.
