St. Petersburg officially approved the brand recipe of its coffee.
St. Petersburg coffee was developed for official receptions and dinners based on historical materials. Specialists of the St. Petersburg Museum of Coffee don't keep the recipe in secret from ordinary people. So, to make coffee you need to take 18 g of freshly roasted Arabica coffee, 80 ml of hot water and 1-2 tablespoons of milk foam. First, a double espresso is prepared, then add hot water and milk foam, whipped with a cappuccinatore. Ready coffee is served with a glass of cold water.
As the developers of the new recipe noticed, coffee a la St. Petersburg is not very strong, has a rich and vivid taste. And milk foam certainly must remind of the white nights. The authors promised that the recipe of this drink will be offered for public catering so that all residents and guests of St Petersburg can taste it.
