The new status will be given to the territory in outskirts of Suyga village in Molchanovsky district on the right bank of Chulym River (between Pudanga and Khaar rivers). Suyginsky forest park is inhabited with 30 mammal, 3 amphibian, 2 reptile and 82 bird species: among them are gray heron, osprey, merlin, gray crane, curlew, godwit, owl and other species listed in the "Red Book". 

      This area has preserved the exemplary pine forest zones, rich in berries and mushrooms, bogs and picturesque lakes. In addition, there are about 40 archaeological sites: barrow groups, ancient settlements, burial grounds of different periods (from Late Bronze to 18th century). 

      Suyga village is the administrative centre of the Suyginsk rural settlement located in Molchanovsky District, the Tomsk Region. The population there is only about 676 people. Suyga village is situated on the river Chulym, 117 km from the regional centre of the Molchanov.
