The alpine-skiing season is already opened in the Baikal resort “Gora Sobolinaya”. The informal opening took place on the 17^th of November –now the bigger part of ski tracks functions and about 500 people could have a rest during the weekend. This year the infrastructure has been improved: tracks have been widened and the free-ride sector has been opened.

“Gora Sobolinaya” is located to the south of the Baikal lake, 150 km from Irkutsk. Today you can find 12 alpine skiing tracks more than 16 km long,  three comfortable and cosy hotels, the sports complex “Baikal” and plenty of bars and restaurants.

However, alpine skiing resorts of Altai (for instance, “Manzherok”) will be opened only in the beginning of December due to the weather conditions.

You can find comfortable alpine skiing tracks and a hotel with about 100 rooms in this wonderful resort. Moreover, you will have a possibility to enjoy snowmobile riding, different competitions, entertainment programmes and the famous Snow Day in the new season.
