Russian delegation officially declared the International Musical Festival at the Asia-Pacific parliament Forum and invited all the countries to take part in it.

The festival of 2012 year also was held at Krasnoyarsk  and was visited by the actors from 19 countries.  The programme of th
e festival of 2014 year will include folk art, modern, classical and experimental Art.
