The holiday is celebrated since 1998 in honor of «the natural reserves day». Traditionally pupils participate in competition of drawings and photos on the natural subject matter, in the reserved marathon, where one of the stages is treasure search.

«The Minusinsk tomato day» in Minusinsk

The holiday is devoted to tomatoes –the regions pride of the Minusinsk hollow. A lot of competitions and festivities are held in this day. One of the competitions is «The biggest tomato».

The Fair of national trade is organized for the purpose of revival of the ancient Yeniseysk fur fair which brought fame the Yeniseysk province.

International Kansk video festival, Kansk

22 - 27 August

Kansk festival is the international competition of video films and video art, and also all closely-related genres of visual art. The festival is arranged since 2002 and it is the first Euroasian video forum which is very popular and opened for all comers: freethinking and little-known, deserved and cult «figures » of art.

«Rocky festival» in the natural reserve "Stolby"

8-9 September

«Скальный фестиваль» приурочен к традиционному Дню «столбиста», который ежегодно собирает около 5 тысяч человек. В этот день проходят соревнования по скалолазанию, массовое восхождение на скалу «Первый столб». В ходе «Скального фестиваля» проводятся «хитрушки», соревнования связок, индивидуальное лазание и т.п. мероприятия. «Rocky festival» is timed to the traditional «stolbist day» which about 5 thousand of people visit every year. This day there are rock-climbing competitions, mass climb of the rock «The first stolb». During «Rocky festival» there is «hitrushky», competitions of sheaves, individual climbing and other activities.
