52 million rubles have been allocated from the city budget on the reconstruction. In addition to that, 30 million rubles have been assigned by private investors, the press center of Tomsk administration reports.

During the detour of 7 houses, which are currently under reconstruction, the first deputy mayor Evgeny Parshuta told about plans of the city administration to found the Creative Quarter near the wooden house at the address 23, Belinsky Street. Not far from this building there is a theater and artists’ studios.
