Department of Cultural Heritage of Moscow together with NGO “All-Russian Society for Protecting Historical and Cultural Monuments” opens a new season of the project “Exit to the city”, which includes more than 2000 excursions around 250 historical and cultural monuments of Moscow from September till December 2012, as it is reported in the press-release of the department.

“Exit to the city” includes thematic routes around historical and religious places of the Russian capital, lectures, bike and bus excursions. It is also reported that participation in the excursions is free for Moscow citizens and visitors, and the total number of the participants will be 65000 people. It is stated in press-release that the purpose of the project is promotion of the positive processes, which humanize urban environment.
