The ribbon that was cut about this was not red, but green color as it should be on the environmental event. In 2013, the works on improvement of popular tourist places began in Yelizovskiy municipal district of Kamchatka Krai.

Serebryanyi Ruchei (Zaykin Klyuch) is the first launch pad of the most popular tourist destinations. Up to 10,000 people pass through here in a year. Over the summer, there was built a supporting wall made of natural stone, a spacious area was paved, resting place was arranged, informational banners were posted, approaches to the creek were fenced, the place where people passing by can easily get water was equipped and the territory was cleaned.
