Government commission on legislative activity approved a project of the bill which aimed to reduce visa barriers of incoming tourism. This project of  federal  law about the entry and departure order of Russian Federation was developed according to instruction of government by Russian Ministry of Culture.

The low will lead foreign tourists who come to Russia through international airports stay in Russia about 72 hours without a visa. The possible list of such airports was announced recently. These list includes all the airports of Moscow, Pulkovo in Saint-Petersburg, and also airports in Kazan, Vladivostok, Khabarovskа, Ulan-Ude, Yekaterinburg, Novosibirsk, Nizhny Novgorod.

Visa regime together with high cost transportation is one of the most difficult problems of developing of incoming tourism in Russia. That is why the decision to support this bill is a great deal in releasing visa problems.

The decision on this question should be made until the end of the year.
