Ice town "Tales of the Russian winter" will be built on the territory of the Tobolsk Kremlin. November 27 work on the construction of the New Year's ice village in the Kremlin landscape park has begun.  It will be completed by 25 December. All the ice figures will be backlighted.

26 December the town will open.
