Today the tour through international hotels Ibis and Novotel, which are under construction in the Theater square, was taken place in Krasnoyarsk.

The participants of the tour were shown the hotel rooms, the restaurant area and the conference halls. In the Ibis hotel there will be only standard rooms, in Novotel the rooms of 4 categories will be presented – superior rooms, business rooms, family rooms and suits. Novotel’s guests will be offered free service of the spa centre and gym.

The cost of accommodation is still unknown, but the room in Ibis will preliminarily cost 4,000 Rubles, in Novotel - 5-6,000 Rubles. Breakfast is not included. There will be also some special offers like the third night free, romantic weekend, family weekend, and others.

A few conference halls will be located in the hotel complex. A big transformer hall is divided into three parts by movable partitions; the capacity of the average conference hall is about 25 people.

The buffet table will operate in the restaurants. Breakfast will start at 4 a.m. In daytime visitors will be offered a business lunch (400 rubles). Not only hotel’s guest but also all citizens of Krasnoyarsk can visit the restaurants. Details of the restaurant zone are kept private. It is known that Novotel has developed the concept of “gourmet bar." It took 200,000 Euro to buy plates and dishes for two hotels.

The opening of the hotels is planned for late November or early December.

The investor of the project is the Turkish company "Kayi Group". Subsidiaries of Turkish company LLC “Inka cinsrtruction” and LLC “Krasnoyrskinvest” are engaged in design and building of construction sites in Krasnoyarsk.
