According to control indicators from the weather station of the Stolby nature reserve, over the past 24 hours the fire hazard class has decreased due to weather conditions, as a result of which the risk of forest fires has decreased.

In this regard, from August, 7, 2019, the ban of free access to the tourist and excursion area of the reserve will be lifted.

Remember, on August 2, due to adverse pyrogenic conditions, in order to prevent a forest fire, the tourist area of the reserve was temporarily closed for free access.

For several days of forced rest, the reserved nature rested from tourists. The reserve is grateful to all touristswho sympathized with the decision to close the territory: during this time only one protocol was compiled on being on the reserved territory, the offender was fined 3000 Rubles.

At the same time, the class of natural fire hazard due to the drying up of fir trees, the accumulation of dead wood is still high.
