In order to improve the quality of passenger service “Transaero” Airline Company established a terminal allowing to pay for excess baggage on one’s own, without going to the cash office, at the Domodedovo Airport.

In the nearest future the same terminal will appear at the Vnukovo Airport, according to the press service of the airline company. This unique service for civil aviation in our country became available to passengers as a result of cooperation of “Transaero” with Moscow Credit Bank. In order to use the terminal, a passenger should contact the check-in desk, then go to the self-service machine and pay for baggage. Payment is possible in two ways: in cash or by credit card. After payment for excess baggage the passenger receives a boarding pass at the check-in desk.
